Ms Neelu Mohan is an Associate Editor of NFRAL and an Advocate practising before the Supreme Court of India and the High Court of Delhi. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation and arbitration. Having worked in the dispute resolution team of a top tier firm and during her ongoing association with a reputable Senior Counsel’s chambers, Neelu has had the opportunity to work on disputes administered under the SIAC, ICC, and LCIA rules along with several other ad hoc arbitrations seated in London, Singapore and India. She has assisted in several landmark cases before the Supreme Court including the matter relating to the eligibility of foreign law firms to set up practice in India.
Neelu holds an LL.M. in Global Business Laws from Columbia Law School, New York. She graduated in law from the ILS Law College, University of Pune.
