Prashant is the founder of NFRAL and its Managing Editor. He is a litigator with sixteen years of experience in large-scale litigation involving judicial-review and commercial and corporate laws for a mix of Indian and international clients.
He has extensive international and domestic arbitration experience. This includes arbitration under the SIAC, LCIA, ICC, and UNCITRAL Rules. He also has regularly advised in matters of recognition and enforcement of foreign arbitration awards and judgements in India.
Prashant graduated from the National Law Institute University, Bhopal, in 2005.
He founded NFRAL driven by the idea of an open-access forum where researchers and writers come together to contribute cutting-edge research and writing on arbitration.
